What services do True Pet Care LLC provide?

In Your Home Visits

In your home visits are usually around 30 minutes and includes feeding, fresh water and scooping, and lots of unconditional love and attention. Our standard services include unconditional love and affection, feeding and fresh water, potty breaks, scooping, and clean up the pet’s area, medications, pick up the mail, watering plants and taking the trash in or out.

Pet Sitting Rates

• $25 for 30 minutes (up to 3 pets)
• $30 for 45 minutes (up to 3 pets)
• $450 for package of 20 visits of 30 minutes (10% discount)
• $540 for package of 20 visits of 45 minutes (10% discount)

*Above prices are for 1-3 dogs. Each additional dog please add $5.

Additional Pet Sitting Information

• After hours (before 8:00am or after 8:00pm) add $5.00 per visit.
• If you have more than 3 pets, there is an incremental fee of $5 per additional pet.
• Holidays: add $10 per day.
• $6 injections (during pet visit). Note: we can administer injections to your pet based on your written instructions.
• Add $10 for medication or supply pickup.

Dog Walking and Exercise

We recommend walking or playtime exercise for your pet. Walking will not only bring happiness to your pet but physical activity is beneficial and highly recommended.

• $25 for 30 minutes (up to 3 pets)
• $30 for 45 minutes (up to 3 pets)

• Morning visit: 8am – 11am
• Mid-day visit: 11am – 2pm
• Afternoon visit: 2pm – 4pm
• Evening visit: 6pm – 8pm

As part of the Pet Information and Medical Disclosure form that you will be asked to complete, you will provide all medications and related instructions.

General policies and pet safety

1. We are very particular about the clients and environments we choose to service.
2. During our first meet and greet meeting you’ll be asked to complete and/or sign detailed Pet Owner, Pet information, Emergency and Vet information, Legal agreement and detailed service request forms.
3. We will ensure your pet will never be left without sufficient food, water, medication, potty breaks and required loving attention for a period of time that exceeds what is necessary to insure a safe.
4. If you ran out of food or water for your pet, we will cover this; but these extra costs will be passed to you.
5. You must provide sufficient medications (when applicable) to insure pet safety.
6. You must book sufficient visits a day to insure your pet gets the attention, breaks, fresh water and food and medications. For example, if you are gone the whole day for more than 12 hours, this would mean a minimum is 2 visits. You must book at least one visit a day for us to provide food, water and provide the needed attention that your pet needs.
7. We reserve the right to add visits to further reduce the time your dog is left unattended without access to go potty outside. If the pet is repeatedly unable to accommodate the schedule you have chosen, we will add the required number of visits.
8. For cats, we require you book sufficient visits to insure that they can receive food, water and have their litter box cleaned at least every other day.  This policy applies even if you have an automatic feeding or watering system, because we must still check to insure their health and safety during your absence.
9. Same applies to other kinds of pets — we require you book sufficient visits to insure their safety.

Is True Pet Care LLC Austin insured and bonded?

Yes, True Pet Care LLC is insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates. Our policy is administered by RPS Eau Claire, Eau Claire, WI, and underwritten by Evanston Insurance Company.  Please contact us for further information about our coverage.
